Can you Refund my purchase?

Please understand that Qublix Games does not directly handle purchase transactions as they are handled by the either Facebook, Google Play or the Apple Appstore.

If you paid for something on Facebook and do not want it any more, that transaction will have to be disputed through Facebook.

Please follow the steps below to begin the refund process.

1. Make sure you are Logged into your Facebook Account and click the small arrow (downward facing triangle) at the top right hand corner of your Facebook page.

Log into  Facebook and then follow this link and then skip to step 4. https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments&ref=settings_nav

2. Select “Settings”.

3. Select “Payments” on the left hand side.

4. Go to “Purchase History” and find the specific purchase record.

Once you've found the purchase that you wish to have refunded, click on the payment amount and a popup message will come up.

Click on "Dispute this purchase" and you will be taken to a page to finalize your refund.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. (In the case of not receiving a transaction e-mail, it is likely that your original purchase could not be completed)
